I assume you want to know that the link you provided for the pdf
versions  of the latest AHS publications does not work.

I would be grateful if you could send a working link.

When I click on the link in your email I get first the welcome to hud
user page, which does not lead anywhere but the link to the 'originally
requested' item, which leads to 401 unauthorized (see attached pdf's of
where your link took me). I assume you want to know that
